Warranty

Eco ICF Builders & Supplies Pty Ltd warranties its products against defects in material and workmanship, however Eco ICF Builders & Supplies' liability is limited to, in its sole discretion, refunding the entire purchase price without interest or repairing the defective product FOB its nearest plant (but does not include dismantling and installing such materials) so long as:

The Eco ICF block product was purchased from an authorised Eco ICF Agent and;

​

  1.  Defects have arisen solely from faulty materials or workmanship

  2. The Eco ICF products have not received maltreatment, inattention or interference

  3.  The Eco ICF products have not been damaged in transit after dispatch

  4.  The Eco ICF products are properly installed in accordance with the Eco ICF installation guide as well as applicable building codes and standards in the State or Territory or Country where the dispatch is received.

  5.  The failure of the Eco ICF product is a result of the manufacturer's defect in workmanship or materials and is not the result of improper installation, repair, alteration or modification to the Eco ICF product, nor as a result of defects in the surface covering including waterproofing membrane

  6.  Eco ICF has an opportunity to inspect and test the structure

  7.  The claim under this limited warranty is made in writing to Eco ICF Builders & Supplies Pty Ltd within one calendar year of the dispatch of the Eco ICF product and within 30 days of discovery of the defect and is delivered to your Distributor or to Eco ICF Builders & Supplies at 5 Leeons Road Palmwoods. Qld. 4555

Except as provided herein all express and implied warranties, guarantees and conditions under statute or general law as to merchantability, description, quality, suitability or fitness of the Eco ICF products for any purpose or as to design, assembly, installation, materials or workmanship or otherwise, are expressly excluded but only to the extent permitted by law.  The remedies provided by this limited warranty are the sole and exclusive remedies and Eco ICF Builders & Supplies Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any consequential loss or damage whether physical or financial of any kind arising out of the supply and use of the Eco ICF product.
